How long does it takes for made-to-order products? {Pre-orders}

The amount of time that takes for large furnitures is around 25-40 days in advance, for small - medium & decorations will take around 10-15 days in advance.

What is your return policy?

After the payment was succeed, no exchanges or returns are accepted. In case the customers cancelled the order after purchasing the deposit, the store will also not retuning the money to the customers.

What are the Payment Method

Deposit -The customer will be asked to pay 50% of the full price to confirmed their order for the stores to continue the process of ordering.

For products that are under 2,500 THB, the store will take full price with no deposit.

What is the maximum date of payment after the products arrived?

The maximum date of payment is 7 days after the stores inform to the customers about the arrived products.
